Firstly, I'd like to introduce my latest post - cauliflower cakes. They combine spicy roast cauliflower with creamy white beans and seeds, coated in oats. Here are a few other easy recipes for vegetarian patties and burgers to help you prepare healthy meals from scratch with minimal effort.

Edamame fritters are vibrant green patties ideal for a light, healthy lunch.

Beetroot burgers combine white beans with shredded beetroot and seeds to create a tasty meat free burger.

Falafel are tasty, healthy, cheap and simple to make and pair well with summer salads.
