I always make sure I have a supply of cheese in the fridge as it is such a versatile food which is can be used for main meals, sides, desserts or simply a snack with crackers and chutney. Here are a few cheese based recipes for you to try.

These mushrooms are topped with blue cheese and breadcrumbs to create a quick and easy dish suitable for any occasion.
